playing for you. We're going to be talking about bad therapy advice. A lot of it that's coming from the

internet. So it's more or less social media bad therapy advice. God bless everyone. Everyone's a

hashtag mental health advocate on one hand. I love it. It's raising awareness. It's normalizing.

It's getting us familiar hearing people talk about mental health struggles, which gives us the languaging and the courage and the

confidence, especially when it's people that are public figures. You know, we're like, wow,

if they struggle too, I can really feel more secure in my struggle and provide some solutions

and support and community.

It's awesome. It's awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. I want to live in a world where we can

openly talk about I've been depressed all week or had a massive trauma occur. Um, struggling with my

drug and, you know, my relationships to drugs or alcohol or, you know, disordered eating or my

relationship to my body. I'm feeling very, you know, some dysmorphia around my body.

Like, that's life.

That's just life.

We all have pieces of this at different times.

It should be normal.

There should be no shame in that.

I always am saying I'm trying to cry more and cry more in public,

especially as a man.

It's so powerful and healing and normalizing. But then there's also a darker

side, which is some of these people are not trained therapists and they're giving advice that's not

right or it's not correct or they're just regurgitating old outdated stuff that isn't right or
