And I think that that's really a beautiful thing.

We're looking at productivity and how working from home actually increases productivity.

Within the time frames and moments where I have true energy, I'm able to kind of set my schedule.

bit later. They can even kind of piecemeal it throughout the day. So a lot of people are really

thriving, having more control over their work environment. It's kind of great. It's such an

interesting time with labor. You know, companies are unionizing and there's a lot of countries that

are starting to do more flex time and they're doing four-day work weeks, six-day work hours.

And we're seeing more productivity. So it's really great. But I want to talk about how we can

make sure though we're still taking care of ourselves, self-care while working from home.
