and have things instilled in us that aren't always the most mental health-centered. So our work

as adults' drumroll is to unlearn all these things that we've internalized that don't serve us.

but we're going to start digging into some of that right now. So things we have to unlearn.

Now I'm looking at a bunch of research that I pulled, some important zingers on here. Let's start

with this first one. Oh, it's a biggie. Oh, these are not simple things. But I think we can look at where do these things play out in our lives. And as I tell the patients in my practice, sometimes start really small. Commit to one or two things that you really want to work on

dismantling or changing or unlearning. And you start from there. We can't hit it all at once. So really

identify one of these and start calling it out as you move throughout your day in the conversations
