look, the holidays are coming up. We're going to be talking a lot about it because I don't want

people panicking because, again, we're going to be spending it maybe alone for the first

time or not exactly in the way we want to with all the ones, all the loved ones around us as it

traditionally might be. But the reminder has been and will be that it isn't, it isn't canceled. It's

just different this year. And that's okay. It being different this year allows

there to be some new benefits and levels of beauty added to it. There's a lot of really

stunning things you can do to make the holidays just as special. And again, we're going to

keep talking about it, but I keep saying this to my patients because I'm already getting

them prepared, the ones that are really feeling it because they're isolated and they're saying, well, I'm really going to miss seeing my family. And I'm saying still dress up, still play that music, still decorate your home. You know what I mean? We want to mimic it and let us have that time. Just because we're on our own, doesn't mean it doesn't count. But what about when we have kids? Because the holidays tend to be harder on them.

You know, they don't have the patience to hang in there till next year or next time.
