It's really rooted in understanding the impact that certain things have on us. Let me kind of take it in that direction, because that's what I really want to talk about is critically thinking

about these things in our lives that maybe we see as neutral, but really looking at how they impact

us and how to really approach something. So it's going to be a little bit of a two-tiered piece.

into that. But I think what I did want to talk about is just looking at these things that we've

accepted into our lives that play a huge role in our lives, the amount of time we spend with them.

That's kind of the way I want to look at it with them. Yes, you spend time on the apps, but you're really spending time with them. So I want to say it like that, because much like anything you spend

a lot of time with, a friend, a location, a community, it's going to have an impact on your own

mental health. It's going to help you see the world in a certain way. Very little in the world

is neutral. So many things factor how we feel about self and other
