is short, sweet, and the perfect thing to enjoy in the morning, just like your coffee.

Usually I know a week before I record my podcast, what my next episode is going to be about.

But this week I was stumped.

I had no idea what I wanted to talk about.

I was honestly extremely busy with a few other projects and I was getting ready to travel

across country and visit my family on our annual family vacation and I just didn't have

the mental room to think about creating a powerful podcast.

I almost played with the idea of not even recording one this week, but 13 weeks ago I made

a commitment to you guys as well as to myself that I was going to put out a podcast every

week if I could, so here it is.

This whole week I've been relaxing with my family in Ocean City, New Jersey and putting

this podcast to the back of my mind.

Just straight up procrastinating.

But finally when I was out in the ocean and I was holding both of my little nephew's hands

and watching these sweet children laugh at every wave that hit them, it hit me.

I realized that I wanted to do a podcast on love.

Love is the most important thing in the world in my opinion.

The world is so incredible and amazing, but it would be so lonely without human connection

and love.

This episode is going to be about love in relationships and love for ourselves.
