I did, I had my birthday just the other day. It was an excellent birthday.

What made it excellent? You know, I don't even know. I feel like I just feel energetically it was good. I mean, I planned out some good things. I took really good care of myself over the weekend. You know, I did some self-care things. I got a new tattoo, which is an annual

tradition for me since I was 45. I do, I get a new tattoo every year on my birthday and then I planned it really well

considering everything we've been talking about like not wanting to see people so I

not wanting to see people but feeling overwhelmed a little bit socially so I did a

hike with some of my best friends on Sunday morning which was my birthday and we
