What's up guys? Welcome back to the pod. Happy Friday. I hope everyone is having a great day. I'm having a great day. I'm currently recording this on Wednesday. And we had radio this morning. And it was just, guys, I just, you know, when you find joy in the everyday life is better. Someone asked me the other day about like gratitude and I just have so

much gratitude for just a good regular day. You know, today I woke up. I made a coffee. I got to

get back in bed with a coffee which is my favorite thing to do on planet Earth and like go through

my phone, read my emails, do do everything then i got to work out again

and i was i'm not trying to be toxic positivity oh no no it gets better then i went to my favorite

coffee shop i sat had had another sit another coffee heaven went to work out then i went to the show

and um i you know that the radio show is my baby.

Like it's my genuine passion.

Like I fall asleep thinking about it.

And I had wanted to, I had all these ideas that I wanted to tell the team and all the team was really energized by them.

And we were going to try new things and it just made me feel so good.

Then we did one of the best hours

of radio I've ever done. And I know I say that a lot, but I genuinely think it's because the show is

getting better and better. I can't believe it's been four years of the show. I'm so proud of it. And it's

genuinely, it hits like absolute fucking drugs when I feel like I'm good at my job.

I've said this before, but I don't know if this is because of my personality or if this is a universal feeling.

But for me, when I feel like I'm in flow with my job, when I have a hunch and I act on it and it works, I actually cannot ever get as high as that.

Like that is the best feeling for me.

It's the same as like taking mushrooms at Coachella and like dancing through a field. Like that's how I

feel because it's just genuinely so euphoric. So I did that. Then I went to get foot rubs of my friend

Lindsay. Our thing together, we love to go get an hour of foot

rubs. And we sit and we gossip and we have a foot rub. Unreal. It was so good to catch up with her.
