My heart is full. Everyone is back in the studio you know

when moms are like i love when all my kids are under the roof again you know that's how i feel what

everybody's back in the studio we have chris we have steve back from being parent of the year at

at disney for a week we're all here and it's good and i worked out this morning so i have the

endorphins i worked out yesterday too. And it's scary. Indorphins make you happy. Endorphins make you happy. People don't kill their husbands. Speaking of Brooke Wyndham, she looked so good at the actor's choice award. I just need to take a minute to say that. She looked incredible. Stunning. Allie Larder. I was like, what's her real name? Allie Larder. I was thinking of Brooke Windham. She's so beautiful. She's gorgeous. Anyway, I did. She's like reverse aging. And that really suited her, that color. I love her. I'm obsessed with her. My biggest flex is that she follows me on Instagram. I know I saw you commented on her.

Yeah.

Something I was like, oh yeah, I love this friendship. I feel like you work out before work. She works out for work. A hundred percent. No, for sure. No, I love it. I'm back to working out. I'm not going to lie, I thought it would be a little easier. it does appear we are starting from square one

and also it's like really uncomfortable

to do like some arm movements

and I'm like, ooh, is that shit moving around under there? Like, rework that muscle, like that armpit muscle. I don't want them to be like falling out under there. It just like pops. It's less my fear of popping. It's more than I'm worried. My like irrational fears is going is going to slide down my stomach. I don't think so. I think that it's, like, sewed in or something. You could just get a lymphatic massage and they could just work it back up. You got people to do that. I've got people to do that. It's probably fine, I think. I don't know. But it was good. It was good to work out. So I'm in a really good mood again and I'm just so happy

everybody's back and it does feel like a teeny bit more spring like because it's March I'm

wearing loafers today that's like it that's kind of a big sign that's huge it's still absolutely

freezing but it's a bit it's a bit better yesterday was grim it was absolutely freezing and raining. It was sleeting in New York. So that wasn't the best. And I'm just looking forward to a time when I don't have to spend at least three minutes a show talking about the weather out of compulsion because it is a compulsion and I know it's boring to speak about, but Jesus Christ, it's been difficult. What did I miss while i was gone anything i heard the phones

Do you think that I just wouldn't show up for work and wouldn't tell you? Well, you didn't respond to my good morning text. I don't always respond to that. He's also, Steve was out for like a week. So he probably had some catching up to do this morning when you got to the office. Yes, Steve decided not to come back. I didn't have my laptop to publish the up so I was like,
