My guest this week is the comedian, writer and actor, Sarah Pasco.

Her honesty, observational skills and relentless curiosity about the world

has set her apart from other comedians, with work that not only leaves panel show audiences,

fringe audiences and a pact of hollow audience in stitches, but understanding themselves

and their fellow humans a bit better. Her insights on men, women and romantic and sexual

behaviour are particularly brilliant. I do need to start being more selective.

Currently, all of my lovers have exactly the same thing in common,

they're all slightly more attractive than a night bus.

In 2016, she published her first book, Animal, the autobiography of a female body.

The book, which is part memoir, part research-based investigation, takes a tour around all

complexities and crevices of both the female human body and the female experience.

In her typically subversive, creative, hilarious and admirably honest style.

So after that kind of awakening with your sexuality and realising that women can be

just as much as sexual appetite as men and can just be as transgressive and perverted and

creative with their sexual fantasy, what did that moment feel like?

Well, I didn't masturbate successfully until I was 32, so this is all kind of
