Would you turn to Hebrews this evening, book of Hebrews in the New Testament, the 12th chapter?

Like our sister said, we talked about correction and chastisement, reproof, and rebuke.

And when she said it, everybody laughed.

I thought, that's good.

That's good.

And people came back.

Glory to God.

We're doing good.

I really was pleased with this morning's congregation's response.

It shows some understanding because correction in God is a good thing.

It's a positive thing.

It's a blessing.

Many people haven't thought that way.

So we're going to go on into that this evening.

Hebrews, the 12th chapter.

Are you there?

If you didn't bring a Bible,

why don't you look on with your neighbor?

And let your eyes rest on these words.

Let them get in your spirit.

He said verse 5, Hebrews 12, 5 says, you have forgotten, or like some translations put it

in the question, have you forgotten, the exotation which speaks to you as unto children?
