And on this week's show, Marianne will be chatting with Tori Washington,

who is a highly successful professional bodybuilder and fitness coach, who is

passionate about veganism, both for fitness and for the animals, and also based on his

Rastafarian background.

That's so cool, Marian.

I know you really enjoyed chatting with Tori.

I really enjoyed this interview.

He's got a great personality.

And besides that, I've been wanting

to interview him for a really long time because, particularly, because, you know, he's a great

bodybuilder and all of that, but particularly because of his Rastafarian background, I think Rastafarianism

is one of the most important influences from a religious perspective, from a philosophical

perspective that have led to

veganism. And we've never had anybody on to talk about it. So I thought it was fascinating and I

really enjoyed this conversation. I can't wait to hear it. By the way, the sky's just opened off.
