So I don't know if you remember this kind of older movie, but it's been the last within

the last decade, starring my buddy Steve Carell when I say buddy, I mean I watch him a lot.

That's why we're kind of good friends.

Anyways in Dan in real life there was this one great line, Steve Carell is talking to

his daughter's boyfriend and the boy looks at the dad, Steve Carell and says, love isn't

a feeling, it's an ability.

And it was one of those actual lines of like in the middle of this comedy that was pretty

you know, is touching and is sweet.

I was like, wow that's a really good line.

Love isn't a feeling, it's an ability.

And I think that is so important for us to remember because so many of us we think of

love as it's simply a feeling.

It's simply one of those things that like of course I can love.

Well here's the thing, you're made for love.

Like you come from love, you're made to love, your goal is to enter into love, your goal

is to be a gift of love with your whole life.

So love is actually something you're made for but it's not actually something all of

us know how to do because love isn't just a feeling, it's actually an ability, it's a

skill.

And I don't think we think of that though, I think we think of love as just like again,

we just kind of blindly do what we feel.

And I feel passionately about this person, I feel so strongly about this person that
