Love in fact is what I want to talk about this week.

As we've already touched on knowing the true self

and its impact on others, it feels important to further

understand the concept of love, loving others and loving yourself.

One of the most frequent phrases that people use is, I love you or I love myself or I don't love myself or I don't love you most people also associate

love with a feeling or with a sentiment.

That's definitely an expression of love, a feeling or a sentiment.

But the essence of love ultimately is the greater truth that we are all one

being in different disguises. Our minds are innumerable dependent on our

conditioning but the awareness in which that conditioning occurs is one.

So true love is unity consciousness.

True love is the ultimate truth at the heart of creation and that is there's only one of us at the

deepest level that we all have different minds and bodies and experiences of the world,

and that relationship actually brings us back to our source. So in my work I have used the path to love as a means

to enlightenment and I described the path to love as having seven stages and we will go into the

seven stages in detail tomorrow but love is created and formed by many influences.
