0:28.2	on the plane, going to Natural Product Expo in 2016 and in Anaheim. And the book was
0:35.7	the big fat surprise. And then I realized that we have all been misled for 40 years
0:41.3	I was on a low fat diet for 20 years and I you know I was mid 40s and I had a lot of health issues
0:48.3	that despite being eating what I thought was healthy and certainly exercising daily and doing doing what I thought
0:56.7	was all the right things um I was having health issues then I was like oh well wait a minute you know
1:02.1	I've eliminated fat from my diets and reading a book that says you know fats are essential essential
1:07.9	fatty acids and sugar is really really way worse than we thought.
1:12.5	And I was rewarding myself with sugar treats, you know, instead of just enjoying good fats and
1:23.7	cutting out carbs and sugar.
1:25.9	So that was the beginning of the idea.
