Howdy.

In honor to open up the book with you tonight. We'll be to Ephesians 3 in just a moment,

if you want to follow along. I remember

exactly where I was. I was 19 years old, like many of you are now. I was in my second year of

school when the world's upside down.

I remember precisely where I was when I saw those two buildings smoking.

And I was 19.

I was a real adult in the eyes of the law,

and my first thoughts in the midst of that fear,

that September day, was call mom.

And I went back to my dorm room, and I called my mother, and we just sat mostly in silence on the phone as we watched the horror of 9-11 unfold.

It was dark. It was a dark few days for more reasons than I can explain.

And I feel like I remember when the darkness started to be pierced by even the smallest ray of light.

It was about two days later and there was a knock on my door.
