Zoran Mandani. We know that we all needed these wins across the country and we hope that it is a sign

of more to come. All right, today on the pod, we're speaking with Jess Morales, Roquetto, executive director of Maremoto,

which is an organization that builds a world where Latinos take charge of our lives

through unified power in politics, media, and culture.

As you'll hear, Jess is a powerhouse and co-founder of groups that you all have heard of,

like Poderistas, Super Majority, and Families Belong Together.

She's also the co-owner and founder of Latino Media Network,

an audio-focused media company for Latinos with one of the largest capital raises

for a Latina-owned startup in history.
