Hello, everybody. Welcome to Radical Canter Podcast. I'm Kim Scott.

I'm Jason Rozoff. And I'm Amy Sandler. You know, most of us have encountered a person at work

0:13.6

who always has a lot to say about those very important projects they're working on and how

0:18.9

amazing they're going to be. This person is what Andre

Spicer, an organizational behavior professor and dean of Bay's business school, has called

1:30.5

in a British publication, that lovely paragraph there. Kim, I think you sometimes call this

1:36.9

obloviating BSer. Is this a form of manipulative insincerity? What's happening here?

1:43.2

I think it's a form of obnoxious aggression. I think the bloviating, and I would love to get

1:49.6

your all's thoughts on the difference. I think there's maybe, I don't want to try to, you know,

1:55.0

parse words too much. But I think for me, the bloviating bullshitter is that is slightly different than the loud labor.
