A few things really quick that I wanted to mention. We've talked about this before, I think, but for the trainer road app for those of you that are trainer road users, we finally have something that people asked for workout variations.

Do you want to describe what that is really quick? Yeah. So we go shed has built variations of the same workout. So we either have plus or minus versions.

So let's say you do a guyger, there'll be a guyger plus one and guyger minus one and there are either different links of time or slight variations and intensity usually always the pluses are harder and the minuses are easier.

And so sometimes you say, oh, I just want this workout but slightly harder or I just want 15 minutes more 15 minutes less this day.

So before you would have to kind of search for it and look for those plus and minus versions. But now it's actually in the app and that launches and all apps. It's out today.

So you can you can once you go into guyger, you'll see a workout variations and just makes it's easier navigation thing pretty sweet. It's cool stuff.

So yeah, check that out. And then also a bunch of things that we've been talking about recently, everything from the ride analysis page with our new performance analytics features to the ramp test that we talked about last week to work out text now.

And when you work out text comes up and it's been a little bit it'll prompt you with a subtle and nice tone, not something that's loud and obnoxious.
