And then pretty soon it's Groundhogs Day or it's Valentine's day or we're coming up on st patrick's day and

our heads are just kind of coming above water coming out of winter right now and we're starting to

realize oh maybe i've kind of slipped into some habits that really weren't serving me or my metabolism

and this is a very common thing that we hear that over the last, you know,

five, six months during the winter season I put on maybe it was 10 pounds, 15 pounds, 20 pounds,
