the world of Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and all of the other entities that George Lucas,

Kathleen Kennedy, Dave Filoni, and John Favreau, as well as the restative team at Lucasfilm,

have dreamed up over the past 40 years. I'm Entertainment writer Jim Hill and my co-host,

Brian Gone and I are recording this week's show on Saturday, September 23rd, 2023. So, Brian,

we are now six episodes into Star Wars Assoca. And would you say the teasing phase of the show

is now over? Yeah, I think we now know for sure who's there. Yes, we've seen the characters.

And I am not disappointed. No, I think Lars does an amazing job. Do you feel though that he's

a little heavier than you would have thought? Well, I mean, look, get on the problem. He's just

in the cartoons, he was really thin. And then if you've seen Lars, I mean he's just like his

brother, they're thin guys. And then all of a sudden you see him and he's got a dad bod. Well,

that's always the problem when you're playing the live action version of an animated character.

And think about it. The poor makeup guy who, you know, it's like, oh man, he's got to be blue.

And the problem is he's got to be blue in menacing, not blue and sweet and charming like the

blue man group. I mean, that's hard to do. The eyes were amazing though. They did an amazing

job with an eye. They did. It's one of those things where after the fact, very much looking

forward to whether or not they reveal that was done in post or those are lenses cut. Yeah,

me too. And then Ezra is just, they couldn't have found a better person. But did you notice he

looks a lot like his dad did in that one picture. He did. They did. Which I thought is, I mean,

it's like Dave is doing exactly what he wants to do. And by doing it, he is doing a lot of

fan service because you know people are losing their minds. When Ezra came up on the screen,

Devon had to yell at me because I was cheering. And I was cheering a little loud. And it was just,
