The NFL season's over,

I know it's kind of sad.

It's kind of sad. There's a long gap now between, we got, we got free agency coming up. We got the draft, but there's nothing like sitting on the couch on a Sunday watching football all day. So I'm always hoping the Eagles have a bunch of Thursday and Monday games so I can just kind of have those those handful of days during

the season to just watch football. So Super Bowl is over the Eagles. No longer the world champions

and now belongs to Seattle Seahawks. We'll talk about the Super Bowl a little bit, what we saw

in that game. We have some Eagles news to get to. We have questions coming up a little bit later on. And answers. Well, questions at least. We'll figure out if we have the answers. I'm not sure if we do. First, how are you doing, though? How was your weekend? Weekend was good. Enjoyed the game. I love the Super Bowl. I love the whole thing. I love everything about it. It's so over the top. It is over the top. And it's funny because if it's a game that I care about, I want to watch it by myself in like a dark room. But this was a game I didn't really care about that much. So I watched it with some friends. It was fun. Oh, yeah. I watched it by myself.

So we both watched it with all of our friends? That's, that's really me. It's probably true.

But no, I would always rather watch something like that by myself.

I feel that way mostly about football. I don't know if there's anything else.

Yeah. I mean, if Villanova was playing Georgetown, I'm i'm not going to sit there and like you know have to be by myself but yeah for super bowl i'll tell you what else i like i like going to the movie theater about myself yeah i'll do that i'll do that i go a lot of concerts by myself because then you don't have to worry about like if you're not digging it, you can just leave. Yeah. You don't have to worry about anyone else. I hate when like you go to a movie and someone's like they miss something, then they got to ask you. Then you're talking and then I feel like I'm the bad person in the movie. Yeah. Yeah, that's the worst. It's turned into a little therapy session. What did he just say? What does that mean?

Why won't he go in the house? I don't understand. Dave, explain it to me. All right. So we'll talk Super Bowl in a minute, but we have some Eagles news to update since the last pod last week. They have an offensive line coach, a little strange to think about the Eagles having a different offensive line coach, 13 years of Jeff Stoutland, some pretty big shoes to fill for Chris Cooper.

Yeah, it is.

And, you know, look, the numbers weren't great with the Vikings.

They gave up the fifth most sacks in the league during his four years there.

Second most last year, I think they allowed 60 sacks. Now, that sacks could be a lot of different things. It could be J.J. McCarthy being a young quarterback and running around and getting sacked.

But yeah, you're right. He's going to be under a microscope. And he was let go by the Vikings. They decided a couple of weeks ago not to renew or they announced they weren't going to renew his contract. His contract was up. So he was a free agent. He was no longer their O-line coach. So I think that's important to kind of keep in mind in this whole thing. There's going to be a big bullseye in his back because he's following a legend.

And it's, he's got to win these players over who, you know,

who've, most of these guys have never had a different O-line coach.

And it's going to be hard.

It's going to be tough to win them over and prove that he can do the job and then go out

and do it.
