Eagles coaching staff is starting to come together a little bit.

coaching staff both directions yeah and that you know especially and we'll talk about

Vig Fangio definitely returning we have a few other like leftover items on Jeff Stoutland,

but I think for me, the big takeaway so far of the last week or so is that this is going to be

a completely new offensive staff. And I think it just coincides with, hey, like, this is going to be a new

scheme. This is going to be an overhaul offensively.

So get ready for that. I think it's going to look a lot different in 2026. Yeah. And after watching the

offense in 2025, I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. Yeah. I mean, ultimately, I think

it's a good thing. Like, you cannot, like losing Jeff Stallin is bad. You don't want to lose Jeff Stalyn. He's an excellent coach. But, you know, we talked all year that this offense really needed an overhaul. And at least it looks like that's what they're doing. And, you know, it looks like it's going to be some version of the Shanahan, McVeigh, infogue offense. And I think that's a good thing. There's a reason

those guys have been so successful with what they run. Yeah. And, you know, we're seeing that

Sean Mannion has some, you know, a lot of say in what the staff is going to look like.

And I think that's a good thing.

I think that's kind of reassuring for people that thought this was just going to be some young

kid that Nick could control.

During the interview process, Nick promised autonomy.

And if he's bringing in guys from that Packer staff, that tells you that this is, these are his guys. This is his staff. And it's not Nick's staff. Yeah, they're in the process of building out this staff. So, you know, as you're listening to this, there might be updates that we're not able to hit in this

podcast we'll get to all of them eventually but uh the one name we do know is ryan maffee

uh has been hired as their tight ends coach slash run game coordinator so he'll kind of take over

for one half of je Stalyn's responsibilities.
