Summary

(Exodus 38:8) The design of the brazen laver points directly to Jesus and the lifelong work of sanctification. Made of brass and lined with mirrors, the wash basin calls us to honest self-reflection before God and to see our sin as He sees it. As the priests daily cleansed their hands and feet, we should come to God's Word daily for cleansing. (10122260522) Join Scott Pauley's study through Scripture this year. We are fully furnished.

We find all we need in Christ because at the

brazen labor, God makes a way so that we can stay clean in his presence. This is a thrilling

thought. Come with me today to Exodus chapter 38. We read the other day, God's command in Exodus 30

for how the wash basin, the brazen labor, was to be constructed. Well, God's command in Exodus 30, or how the wash basin, the brazen labor

was to be constructed.

Well, when we come to Exodus 38 and verse number eight, we read of Moses' work, and he made
