Summary
Thoughts...
but I focus on the Love.
I'm focused on you right now,
on what's bothering you.
Can you allow that feeling you don't want to be there,
to be there without giving it a name,
without giving it a story,
a narrative of why it's there?
Can you for just this moment, not need it to go to prove to yourself that you're advancing in your spirituality, in your life?
Can you just let it be there?
Can you recognize that everything is perfect,
that God placed it there,
this feeling isn't bad,
yes, it's intense.
Feel it with no buffer,
with no filter.
Nothing can wash this Love away.
Nothing can drown what You are.
Which is beyond that body.
Beyond its needs.
Every time you think you're in a situation that seems impossible,
that seems like it will never change,
like it will never.
Look again.
And when you look,
look with Love,
look Lovingly,
and know it has,
and it will.
I Love You
I Am You
