All right, everybody. This is going to be a long run episode of me and Ben Mullen.

I don't know where to start talking about Ben. He is a ultra runner, a former celebrity hairdresser

from a TV show. He's led a very interesting life. And he's just recently written a book

deconstructed, kill the thing that's killing you.

I've read the book.

I really, really enjoyed it.

I think there's some really interesting takeaways from it.

It's a lot of lessons learned type stuff.

And then a lot of endurance things, too.

I recommend it.

But I think it was a really good discussion.

He's an interesting guy.

And he's led an extremely interesting life.

So, and then in terms of housekeeping matters, I'm going to be off next week because I have to take my wife on a vacation to pay her back for putting up with me and the races all year long.

So I will be out next weekend, but I think I have a gang show coming like right on the tail of that.

So we'll be, we'll be back up in action and then I'll be home and things will be normal.
