Okay, you guys, this is going to be a long run episode of me and Brittany Peterson, who is an elite runner, former second place, Western States finisher, took some time away due to injuries and complications and is getting back.

I got a chance to do a short interview of her in connection with the Run Rabbit Run races,

and I found her so interesting that I, you know, connected with her and said,

let's do a long run.

So here we are.

I think it's really, really good.

And I think we talk about a lot of issues that I think will connect with a lot of you.

And I really enjoyed her. I think she's,

I think she's one of the, one of the good ones. I also wanted to, now this episode is not brought to you

by anybody, but I wanted to tell you about the, um, the bad water shoe. If you like them on
