All right, you guys. This is going to be a long run episode of me and Sophie Spidell. I didn't know whether I wanted to call it a long run or a from the injury to the finish line. It's kind of like in between. So Sophie is someone that was introduced to me by the great Sarah Lavender Smith, who wrote a really good coaching book and has a great blog.

But she's been around the sport for a really long time, really nice lady.

And Sophie had a root tear and she's recovering from it but at the same time she's been

history she knows a lot of things about the sport so we kind of went a little bit deeper than just

like that, injuries, recovery, you know, a lot of mental things, you know, in terms of like approaches to recovery. I think you're going to like it. It was a really good discussion. We've got about 40 spots left in each race. Sometimes those things fill up really fast. But, and there's also people deferring. So, I mean, there's a little bit of both.
