Buckle up. This is me and Dean Karnasis, whom I've been waiting seven years to

interview and we had a really nice chat. Not the kind of chat that you're probably

expecting. We didn't cover most of the things that everybody else talks about. I

think we just talked about life really. I mean we just talked about life, his

life. I just read his book, The Writers High. Cannot recommend it enough. Very, very

good book, especially for someone who's you know been around for a while and you

know they're lining up at hundreds wondering if they could pull it off or

something. But I really enjoyed it. Probably my favorite book of his. And we

just talked about life and grace and running and what he's up to and what's

next and legacy and impact and all the stuff that I really like to talk about

and I really like Dean and you know you hear a lot of people talk a lot of

shit about him and try to dunk on him and you know he's like the he's like the

easy target for some reason and I gotta be honest with you. I have not met a

person that has spent significant time with him that didn't say he's the

nicest guy. I mean just the nicest guy. And if you want to wonder about his

running accolades, look up and I'll sign up. You know you'll be surprised. He's

not. He's not just some guy that writes books. He's a guy that that's that want

a whole bunch of races and that keeps going to races. You show about a 50

case somewhere in California and there's like a one and six chance. Dean's

gonna be there just running just there to run. Not there to promote

himself just there to run. So I think you're really gonna like it. And I got
