Hey everybody, this is going to be a long run episode of Lydia Rios.

Lydia was recommended to me as a meet the nation like who should I interview a couple of

times and then someone else actually reached out to me too and said you need to interview

this person and when I was at Brazl's bench, she came up and introduced herself and said

I'm the person that's going to be on the podcast.

So I scheduled it and interviewed her and then there's a little ad on at the end because

she forgot something.

I think you're really going to like it.

It's a different kind of story, it's a different kind of interview.

She's a very inspirational person and when you get done listening, I think you'll have

some gratitude for your life and your situation.

races in Long Beach, so if you want to go run on 5K in Long Beach, that's definitely

You can become a hero to hear aid foundation and give the gift of hearing to those in need.

They help get hearing aids for people and it's a really good, really good organization.

It's a really good event.
