But I was on the way to winning until the combination of Jim Comey's letter on October 28th and Russian WikiLeaks raised doubts in the minds of people who were inclined to vote for me, but got scared off.

So that was from an interview she did on CNN with Christiana M. Pore.

And yeah, October 28th was the Jim Comey letter to recap and remind Jim Comey decided to warn Congress that he was opening a new investigation into a laptop owned by Anthony Weiner.

Dear Mr. Chairman, he wrote to the Republican chairs of the Intel's Committee, Senate and House, in previous congressional testimony referred to the fact that the FBI completed its investigation of former Secretary Clinton's personal email server.

Due to recent developments, I am writing to supplement my previous testimony in connection to an unrelated case.

Weiner, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation.

I am writing to inform you that the investigation team briefed me on this.

Yesterday and I agreed the FBI should take appropriate investigative steps designed to allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information.

I cannot predict how long it will take us to complete this additional work.

I believe it's important to update your committee about our efforts in light of my previous testimony.

Minutes afterwards, after this letter was delivered to the Intel committees, members of the media got it, it was widely disseminated.

Here was CNN's Evan Perez telling viewers four years ago today what to expect.

This means that the investigation we three thought was over with is now back open and the FBI is taking another look to see whether or not there's something here for them to pursue.

Obviously this is what Republicans have been calling for because they believe that the investigation was not done exactly according to the procedures that the FBI usually uses in these types of investigations.

So now this is another worry for the Clinton campaign as we come to the closing days before the election.
