Hi, everybody. Welcome to the Mormon newscast. It is Monday at 6 p.m. Mountain Time and it is July 22nd, 2024. I am joined today, as I always am, by my

effervescent colleagues, Radio Free Mormon. How are you? I'm fine. Thank you so much, Rebecca, and good

job on getting the date correct. Do you know, I have to confess, since my first time on the newscasts where I got it

wrong and you so kindly pointed it out to me, I actually tape it on the side of my computer old school. So I will never get it wrong again to give you the satisfaction. And Bill Real, how are you tonight? As the guy who will always get the date wrong on the thumbnail, at least from time to time. I'm doing great.

You know, we're just happy to be here and we're doing the best we can.

We are going to start out a little differently today with a breaking story that Bill Reel is going to cover and then we'll move into our normal broadcast.

Excellent. So, folks, we have some allegations of impropriety that started in a lift ride and then changed lanes over to

TikTok. And so I will go to that story now and we'll listen to a couple of TikTok videos where

a ex-Morman explains the situation.

I'm a lift driver in Utah, specifically the Salt Lake to Happy Valley area, and I had to fill

out a lift safety report and a police report on this guy. Everybody say hi to Brian. To summarize it,

he kept touching me. First, it was just on my shoulder, then it was on my arm, and it was like little caresses, like, ugh. And then it was on my thigh, my bare upper thigh, because I'm wearing shorts because it's hot as balls. And I froze, that's why I didn't ask him to stop, because I just thought, surely this isn't happening. Surely he does not think it's okay to keep doing this.

So I didn't say anything to him. I also didn't really react. I, my hands are at 10 and 2. I'm fucking driving, okay? I'm trying to concentrate on the road. I don't have time to be slapping people's hands away. At one point, he asked how old I was. I told him I was 33 years old, and he goes, no way. I thought you were 19.
