Way back in the day. Real O.G. listeners of the show will remember the short shorts segments that we used to do

way back in the day we used to do like five or six minutes you know quick hitting

podcasts I believe there was a kind we've we've had this podcast with so many companies

and partnerships and stuff that I've forgotten who it was but we had a

partnership and they just wanted quick five six minute segments on on whatever topic of the day there was.

And actually it works out perfectly today because there are three topics that I really want to hit on.

The first bit of actual news that we see out there in the NBA is that Ron Lou is joining

the Clippers to be probably associate head coach alongside Doc Rivers over there.
