to discuss this topic with me but I kind of wanted to just kind of riff on it a bit.

I've been covering the Lakers now for about five years.

I have dealt with quite a few off seasons at this point.

And even before then, I was pretty heavily invested in how these

off-seasons were going to go and trying to get as much information out of it as I

could given how little access I had at the time both to the Lakers or people who

talk about the NBA or other writers.

I've always been really interested in this stuff and then that interest has just grown as I have I guess staked out a claim in this

industry for myself.

So today's show is going to be talking about how to get through an NBA off season.

It's a wild one and each off season seems to get crazier than the last.

I think the first off season where it really was insane that I can remember was that

off season where Kobe was demanding a trade but even then you know Twitter wasn't really a thing
