Robbie, what's going on this week?

Well, for listeners on the back end of this episode, we have an expert from Biden's

But in the news of the week, last week, the New York Attorney General and the Manhattan

District Attorney announced charges against the Trump Organization and its chief financial

officer, Alan Weiselberg.

And to be clear, Trump himself has not been charged yet.

But the charges that were levied have to do with what they call fringe benefits, which

are different parts of compensation beyond salary that the Trump Organization was giving

to its CFO and not accounting for in its taxes.

And so this included an apartment for many years, a car, the CFO is grandchildren's tuition.

And this amounted to $1.7 million in compensation that wasn't taxed, both on the payroll side

for the Trump Organization and on the income tax side for the CFO himself.

And this meant that there were hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes that weren't paid.

And the charges seem well supported and so well supported that Trump remarks over the
