This is one of those days when I was younger, I wouldn't have wanted to come into work.

It was a celebration last night.

It had an incredible game.

Everybody was happy.

And then you get what you want.

You want the 4 to 7% of making something happen, baby?

This is where for me, like if you're a hardcore sports fan, you're growing up, and it's, oh, man, what a dream to talk about sports for a living. But also, you don't take into account when your team loses in heartbreaking fashion, do you want to them just talk about it for four hours straight? Not really. I didn't like what Heat fans did last night in my group chats. The whole game, super excited, loving the game. And then as soon as we lost, yep, wanted it that way. That's how it's supposed to work out. That was a good night. Just get out of here. It's the duality of fan. I was experiencing it too. I was proud of Mitchell and them boys fighting with Bam out of bio out of that game

and building up that lead there. But also I realize, you know, treat top view. This is what's best.

It was a fantastic game.

That hurt. What? That's how I feel.

It was, if you're Adam Silver, you could not have asked for anything greater than that game.

Except the next one.

In my opinion.

No, because you had all the drama and the controversy of the BAM thing.

It was, if you're trying to defend the whole idea of the play-in tournament, which I personally dislike, that was a great advertisement

for why the play-in tournament is a good thing. And if you're trying to get any focus off the

tanking issue, which is omnipresent, you want a game like that where two middling teams are

playing that game like it's game seven of a championship series.

I thought it was a terrific night for the NBA, not quite for the heat, but for the league.
