Happy New Year. We've made it. I hope last year was excellent, and I hope that next year

0:06.9

will be filled with incredible outdoor memories for you. So you may know this about me, but I am not

0:12.9

a resolutions person. If I were to say to myself, in 2025, I want to do more pull-ups that would never work.

0:22.6

It just like wouldn't because I won't do them unless I have a reason for doing them.

1:26.9

It's almost like a stick circulating in a river heading, going round and round.

1:32.1

And I think them through, let them grow, let them mature.

1:37.2

And in time, whether I just get tired of thinking about them,

1:41.1

or I turn some corner where I suddenly have the motivation to see them through,

1:46.4

I write the idea down. Because when an idea gets written down, it becomes a goal. And I heard recently

1:52.8

that if you write a goal down, you are 40% more likely to realize it. And I don't know if that's
