Trump indicted again and the circus continues.

Democrats continue to display severe signs of brainwashing

blast. I am Brad Binkley top story I have not read the full indictment yet

but according to a court document and Jack Smith statement here Former President Trump has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Smith's investigation into efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

This is the January 6th related indictment, what everybody's been waiting for.

Trump foreshadowed this a few weeks ago and today, right before it came out, the four counts

against Trump are conspiracy to defraud the United States,

conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding,

obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding,

and conspiracy against rights.

This is the one where in order to prosecute Trump that at trial they're going to have to put their own claims about the 2020 election on trial as well and that might not end well for them because to convict Trump they're going to have to first prove that the

2020 election was the most secure election in American history. A lot of

those claims that haven't actually been the challenges to the 2020 election that haven't actually been looked at by a

court on the merits because they've been dismissed by process or standing I talked

about on a show a couple weeks ago. Those claims might actually be examined on the merits in this

case because they'll have to be in order for them to first prove their premise which

all of this is based on, which is that the election was so

super secure that Trump knew it was secure and he was intentionally telling

people that there was election fraud anyway.
