Now, with the Giro Detalia in our slipstream, we have left Bespoke's usual home base in Soilf Keys

and headed across the Pennines to Leeds

for a catch-up with Lizzie Dynum, the dominant British female road racer of her generation.

A wonderful cyclist and as of eight months ago, a mother two to young Orlet.

Now we're going to catch up on all that she's been up to.

We're going to find out how she's balancing the competing demands of motherhood and being a professional road racer.

We're also going to talk about this year's World Road Race Championships.

They're in Yorkshire.

The route will go past Lizzie's old front door.

She won the world title, of course course back in 2015 under her maiden name,

Armistead. We'll find out what she thinks her hopes are this year. And we'll also find out

if her teammates in the Trek Sego Fredo team have worked out yet how to pronounce her surname.
