live pictures from the Kamala Harris rally that's taking place in Rippin

Wisconsin. Now it's scheduled to begin any minute

and we're gonna take you there as it gets underway.

But for some background, Kamala Harris is set to appear there with former Republican Congresswoman Liz Cheney in a

setting that has unique symbolism.

Rip in Wisconsin is known as the birthplace of the Republican Party back in 1854 during a meeting of anti-slavery

activists in a little white schoolhouse that schoolhouse is pictured here on your screen on the 100th anniversary of that

meeting. Kamala Harris and Liz Cheney will use this backdrop to make their

collective case against the cult leader of the modern Republican Party, Donald Trump.

It's a message about which Cheney has been steadfast.

In her view, Trump is just, not just, excuse me, unfit to return to the White House.

He's an existential threat to the future of the Republic.

It cannot be the case that a President of the United States can attempt to overturn

an election utter moral failure and a clear dereliction of duty.

And they know now what it would take, in fact, to attempt to completely unravel the foundations

of our republic.

There will come a day when Donald Trump is gone, but your

dishonor will remain. We have to choose because Republicans cannot both be loyal

to Donald Trump and loyal to the Constitution.

Dick Cheney will be voting for Kamala Harris. regular citizens in this country can never be bystanders come

together across party lines to stop Donald Trump. Liz Cheney is one of the highest profile Republicans to endorse Kamala Harris,
