And, you know, I think this is a disorder that I'm sure a lot of us mention ourselves or here and passing quite often throughout our everyday lives.

But never really for its true meaning. A lot of people like to refer to their own quote unquote OCD when talking about their indecisiveness, their attention to detail.

And this isn't to shame anyone because I'm guilty of it as well. But, you know, I think this is really a reminder that there are people who are diagnosed with OCD.

And it can be a debilitating disorder that affects pretty much every aspect of their lives.

But can you give us an overview about what this disorder is for you specifically and how it presents itself in your everyday life?

Yeah, I think that's a great question because OCD can manifest itself in so many different ways.

For me personally, though I do have aspects of, you know, a bunch of different types of OCD.
