in your 20s and I kind of talked about how I feel like I'm changing a lot and it's kind of scary

to be posting on social media and like have a niche. And then sometimes I feel like I have to kind of

live up to that niche or be a people pleaser and stay in that area when sometimes in my life

I'm changing. So it was really nice to hear the feedback from that episode of you guys just being

I didn't even realize how much I was kind of changing until I started watching some of my old videos, and I feel like

they were really wellness-centered. And on top of just the fact that I feel like I've been living

a lot more of a lenient, like, chill lifestyle just because that's what feels good to me right now.

I think on top of it, too, I've already talked about so many wellness topics that I don't

want my content to be repetitive. And it's kind of like, if somebody wants to know about my

fitness journey, they can go back and listen to that episode. And it's like, I don't need to keep
