This is Holy Family School of Faith.

Welcome to our Rosary meditation.

I am in Jerusalem.

Many people are sending prayer intentions through the online community,

and I am carrying those prayers and all of those concerns to each holy site

as I lead pilgrimage here, especially with the Archbishop.

Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,

and let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for.

Just before I came to Jerusalem this time,

the little sisters of the Lamb heard me speak

about this movement of families and friends who live friendship, meaningful

conversation and praying the Rosary together. And I threw out this crazy goal of 10,000 people by August 22, 2020

and a million people by the end of 2025.

Well, after this talk, they insisted I come to their monastery

that they may give me a book.

I put the book in my suitcase and I finally had time this morning to read it.

This book on the life and work of venerable Pauline

Gericott.

She was born in 1799 in Lyon, France,

and she created a living rosary movement.

Her brother, Phileus, had become a missionary priest to Asia,

which had its headquarters at the Foreign Mission Society at the Rue de Bach Paris.
