Summary

Fear of the unknown is one of the most universal human experiences, yet we rarely talk about how to actually live with it. After losing his job during the pandemic, Michael discovered three tools that helped him move through uncertainty without being paralyzed by it. Learn to ground yourself in what's actually true, create stability through simple rituals, and build your capacity to stay present with discomfort. A gentle reminder that you don't need all the answers to take the next step. -- Follow Michael Galyon Instagram: @michael.galyon | @lettingitsettle Website: https://www.michaelgalyon.com/ Email: connect@michaelgalyon.com Making This Show Possible:  We are proud to be an ad-free podcast!
