Bless up everybody. I don't know. I am Hines and today in Hinesight. This is your afternoon cup of tea today because I wasn't here in the morning time. I was very immersed in a project.

I did not sleep for 40 hours. My body soul I have been creating. I have been investing my mental and physical body into something and I am exhausted. But I am so happy. I just went through that.

40 hours of expression. I didn't eat barely only ate blueberries and grapes and chocolate. I didn't sleep for 40 hours. And I feel amazing.

And this afternoon I am going to be having a whole Gita green tea ice cold latte. That is my favorite. It is hot here in Vancouver BC. I hope it is beautiful where all of you are today.

But today I wanted to remind you that you are the art of living expression. You are expression in itself. The way you think, the way you breathe, the way you talk, the way you move is creative, is expression.

Especially when we allow our creativity and expression to be fluent, to be spontaneous, not allowing ourselves to overthink our expression. That is when procrastination comes in. That is when we have self doubt.

Imagine if you were at a party or you were at a beach party in Brazil. And you are going to dance. You want to dance. But before you made every dance move, you had self doubt about it. You overthought every single move. What would happen?

Nothing. You wouldn't be dancing. You would be missing the moment. You wouldn't get to enjoy yourself.

And every single day we have the opportunity to express ourselves in so many ways. We have the opportunity to tell somebody we love them. We have the opportunity to pick up a pen and write down our ideas. To start writing a book, we have the opportunity to learn a new skill.

So we can produce the art that is in our hearts. Then when we overthink, when we procrastinate, we are not moving.

But I'm here to remind you that you are the art of living expression in itself. You are expression. It's time to recognize your brilliance. It's time to recognize your genius.

The way you think is genius. The way you move is brilliant because there's no other you.

It's this confidence that allows us to express ourselves. And to connect with others. Because when we express ourselves, others get to feel our true essence.

When we come from a real place of expression, we attract others who truly love us for who we are on a soul level.

That's why I am big on expression. That's why I'll push myself through exhaustion just to express myself.

I just went through 40 hours. I was awake for 40 hours working on a video, a project. And probably the most challenging thing I've had to do in a long time.

And I hit points where I wanted to go to sleep. I hit points where I thought I was going to fail. But I had to reaffirm to myself that no, this is the process.

You're going to win because winning is just a journey. You know, it's a discovery and you will get through it.

And it was that affirmation. It was those pep talks with myself that got me through and I feel confident. I feel proud.

I feel good now going through such a mental work out putting my body through such exhaustion, which isn't healthy.

But the expression carried me through the expression nourished me.

And you are the art of living expression. Today, you can express and lighten your spirit, lighten the mood of your whole surroundings.
