Summary

Do you ever find yourself subconsciously crying out to God in a desperate moment? Maybe it's a "Lord, help me" prayer in a time of need, or a "Jesus, come quickly" when your heart is heavy. Sometimes life brings us to the end of ourselves in a way that reminds our hearts to call out to God. As we reach the end of ourselves we realize, to whom else can we go (John 6:68)? He is the One who is sovereign, able, good, and kind. In this week's conversation with Megan Hill, Hunter and Megan talk about how vital prayer is to the life of the Christian. FULL SHOW NOTES GET THE DWELL APP DISCUSSION QUESTIONS How has the Lord used prayer to help you navigate hard things? What has it looked like (or what might it look like) for you to incorporate prayer into your daily rhythm, even with all of the distractions of life? Has the Lord used prayer to draw you toward other believers? How so? What might you bring to the Lord in prayer today? What might you do or implement based on what you learned in this week’s episode? Friends, let's be honest. We all desire to sit and read the Bible, but finding time to do that can be difficult. We get it. Life is full and doesn't always allow room for moments to sit down with God's Word. But what if you could immerse yourself in God's Word throughout the day? Like when you're on a walk, chopping vegetables, or just driving the kids back and forth from school. Dwell is the audio Bible app that makes this

possible. Whether you're at home with the kids, working out, or driving, Dwell allows you to listen

to find your hope in the gospel, and to invest deeply in your local church as you go out on mission for the glory of God. Today we get to

chat with my friend Megan Hill about, you guessed it, prayer. Megan lives in Massachusetts in a
