Hey folks, this is Abel James and thanks so much for joining us on Fat Burning Man

where we help you look, feel and perform at your best. I have a very special episode

of the show for you here today, a little bit of improv going on. I like interacting

with you folks in real time. I think it's quite amazing that I can do that with

all of you around the world in real time with some of the live streaming

technology that we have today. So I fired that up. I didn't announce it ahead of

time but I just I've started doing this. I've released a few of them on the

podcast so far. These ask me anything Q&A's their live streams. It seems like

so far it's a really positive response. I look forward to doing a lot more of

them. And so on this particular Q&A session we had a few familiar faces show up

in the live stream comments which I was very happy to see including Kurt Morgan

who was my contestant and teammate on the ABC TV show a few years back who dropped

a whopping 87 pounds in 14 weeks with a wild diet. And a lot of people I ask about

this but Kurt and I still keep in touch even though Jesus is what three plus

years later now. But you know we became like family throughout that show. We were

up against a lot of odds that didn't necessarily come through if you were

watching on the other end of that TV show. But it was certainly an ordeal to go

through together. And so we we became really close and it's nice to keep it

so anyway he joined in and made a few comments. We had a lot of other familiar
