What was the last time you thought about the quality of the source of your water?

You know for a lot of the health nuts out there, it's easy to obsess about nutrition,

how much you're eating, what you're eating, how little you're eating, how much you're

exercising, but how many people are really paying attention to what's in their water,

what's not in their water.

Today we have one of my favorite guests and I feel totally comfortable saying that.

He's definitely a wild man himself.

His name is Arthur Haines, he's the author of A New Path, a book that is, I think, very

much needed in today's world.

That gives us a bit of insight into what it would be like to live in the world of our ancestors

to think like our ancestors when it comes to food, nutrition, movement, lifestyle, the

water we're drinking, and even a bit of spirituality too, but certainly not too much, just a little

bit.

But anyway, how can we feed and heal ourselves and our families while living in sync with

the natural world?

This is something that Allison and I strive to do.

I know a lot of folks in my family strive to do and it's not something I invented.

It's really something that my grandfather and even some folks before him, it was a way

that they thought about the world, that you work with the land, you cooperate with the

land, you don't work against it.
