I'm delighted to be joined by Liz

trust international trade secretary and star of Instagram.

You've got some founts. Fantastic, see, don't have.

So, Liz, let's start with your new job.

What is it that you see the role of being International Trade Secretary being?

So I think I've got the best job in government because this is the job which is all about

the upside of Brexit. It's all the new opportunities we're going to have as we leave the

European Union and there's a huge world out there which is waiting for

Britain. I've just done a tour around the world. I flew around the world and then even further over to New York as well and

the US Australia New Zealand Japan all of them are keen to get on with striking a new trade deal with us, which is going

to mean new opportunities for British business.

And I also see the role as being out there promoting free enterprise and free trade.

The fact is a lot of people across the world are talking

about protectionism. They're saying that trade and globalization is bad for

society. I think the opposite is true. I think the world has been improved people have

been moved out of poverty because of the power of enterprise and trade and I'm

keen to be there at the forefront of making the case for it.
