Hey guys, welcome to double, not double shot, live shot of Steelers here on D.K. Pittsburgh Sports.

My name is Chris Halleck. Coming to you live here at midnight on what is now Saturday, April 25th, but covering what was day two of the 2026 NFL draft,

and I'm coming to you live from the UPMC, Rooney Sports Complex.

We are breaking down all of the four picks the Steelers made.

New was going to be a pretty crazy night.

You know, obviously only two rounds on day two.

You know, you have the second round, the third round.

Steelers had three picks in the third round.

And so we knew it was going to be a pretty busy night.

And it ended up being exactly that.

Two tradeups made by the Steelers.

And that was actually the first pick they traded up a few spots from 53 overall to get to 47 to take Jeremy Bernard,

the wide receiver out of Alabama. Really, really like that pick a lot. I'll get more and

more into him here in a minute,

but just go through the rest of the picks. Steeler's State put at 76 in the third round.

That was Drew Aller, quarterback, Penn State, and that was also the pick that the Steelers received from the Cowboys and the George Pickens trade.

So if you really think about it, the Steelers traded George Pickens for Drew Aller, if you want to put it that way.

So we'll see how that goes.

And then at 85th overall, the Steelers went to the defensive back,

took Dailen Everett, the cornerback out of Georgia.

Really thought that was going to be, I thought defensive back was going to be

on the Steelers radar for this draft,
